1. What VietVoyage does

VietVoyage is an online booking service for tours, tickets and activities in Vietnam. We present products, accept booking requests and coordinate them with the providers who deliver the service.

Many tours, tickets, transfers and activities are provided by independent local tour operators, attractions, transport companies and other suppliers. VietVoyage does not own or operate attractions, theme parks, boats or vehicles, and does not claim to run every excursion itself.

2. How booking works

You choose a tour, date, start time and number of travellers, enter your contact and traveller details and submit the booking form. You then receive a booking reference.

A booking submitted on the website is a booking request. It does not by itself guarantee that the supplier has a place available. Where the supplier has to confirm, your booking becomes confirmed once availability and details have been confirmed. We will contact you using the details you provided if anything cannot be confirmed.

You can check your booking at any time on the “My bookings” page using your booking reference and email address.

3. Prices and service fee

Tour prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site before you confirm a booking.

A VietVoyage service fee (currently 4% of the tour price) is shown as a separate line before you confirm, together with the final total.

No hidden fees are added after you confirm, unless you ask for an optional additional service and agree to its price.

4. Tour information

Programmes, schedules, routes, inclusions and meeting arrangements differ between products. The page of each tour and your booking confirmation contain the information that applies to that product.

Where a detail is shown as approximate or to be confirmed, it will be confirmed with your booking.

5. Availability and changes

Availability depends on the supplier. Weather, sea conditions, traffic, safety requirements or other operational reasons may require reasonable changes to the itinerary, timing or order of stops.

Where a material change is necessary, we or the supplier will try to tell you as early as possible.

6. Children and minors

Child rules are set per product. Some suppliers define children by height, others by age. For some products child places cannot be booked yet, because the supplier's child rule or price has not been confirmed. In that case only adult places can be booked.

Minors must travel with a responsible adult. The adult who books is responsible for the information given about children.

7. Your responsibilities

Please provide accurate names, contact details, pickup information and traveller details, and check them after booking.

Be at the pickup or meeting point on time and follow the instructions of guides, crew and staff.

Where an attraction or supplier requires it, bring a valid passport or ID.

Some activities involve walking, swimming, heights or physical effort. Please choose products that suit your health and fitness, and tell us in advance about anything that may affect your participation.

8. Cancellations, no-shows and refunds

Cancellation and refund rules depend on the product and the supplier. They are described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy and on each tour page. Product-specific terms always take priority over general wording.

If you do not arrive, or arrive too late to join, the supplier may treat this as a no-show. Where the supplier's terms say so, a no-show is not refundable.

9. If a supplier cancels

If a supplier cannot provide the booked service, we will contact you to offer a solution. Depending on the supplier's terms and circumstances this may be another date, a comparable alternative or cancellation of the booking.

10. Force majeure

Neither VietVoyage nor the supplier is responsible for failure to provide a service because of events outside reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, government actions or closures. The resolution in such cases depends on the product and the supplier's rules.

11. Limitation of responsibility

Suppliers are responsible for delivering their own services. VietVoyage is responsible for handling your booking with reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory law.

12. Prohibited and fraudulent bookings

We may refuse or cancel bookings that use false details, appear fraudulent, abuse the booking system or are made for resale without our agreement.

13. Intellectual property

Texts, design and other content of this website belong to VietVoyage or are used with permission. Do not copy them for commercial use without written consent.

14. Privacy

We process your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
