Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: 29 September 2026
There is no single cancellation rule for every product. Tours, tickets and activities have different conditions set by their suppliers. This page explains which rules apply and in what order.
1. The terms of your product come first
The cancellation terms shown on the page of the tour you book, and in your booking summary, apply first. They take priority over any general wording on this page.
2. Supplier restrictions
Some tickets and attractions are non-refundable, cannot be changed or are valid only on a specific date. Where this applies, it is stated for that product.
3. When terms are not yet established
For some products the specific terms have not yet been set. Their pages say: “Cancellation terms will be confirmed with your booking.” In that case the terms are confirmed to you as part of the booking. We do not replace them with an invented general rule.
4. If you want to cancel or change
Contact us as early as possible with your booking reference. Whether a refund or change is possible is decided by the terms of the booked product and its supplier.
5. No-show and late arrival
If you do not arrive, or arrive too late to join, the supplier may treat this as a no-show. Where the supplier's terms say so, a no-show is not refundable.
6. If the supplier cancels
If a supplier cannot provide the booked service, we will contact you. The available solution depends on the supplier's terms, the status of your booking, whether any money has actually been collected, and whether another date or a comparable service is available.
7. Weather and force majeure
If a tour cannot go ahead because of weather, sea conditions or other circumstances outside reasonable control, the options may include rescheduling, an alternative arrangement, or a refund under the supplier's rules. The outcome depends on the product and the circumstances.
8. How refunds are handled
Refunds are not processed automatically. Where a refund is due under the applicable terms, we will contact you to arrange it.
