3. Sharing with suppliers

We share the booking information needed to provide the service with the tour operator, attraction or other supplier that delivers your booking. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Storage in your browser

The site stores your cart and the references of bookings made on this device in your browser's local storage, so you can find them again. This data stays on your device and you can remove it by clearing your browser data.

5. Where data is processed

The site and its database are run on cloud infrastructure that may be located outside your country. Booking information is also shared with suppliers in Vietnam where needed to provide the service.

6. How long we keep data

We keep booking data for as long as needed to provide the service, handle questions and meet legal and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymise it.

7. Security

Access to booking data is restricted, and bookings can only be looked up with both the booking reference and the email address. No online system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data. Contact us with your booking reference and we will respond within a reasonable time.
